To be eligible for a return on items purchased online you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We will review your request and notify you. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions. All items must be shipped back to the address in the email and postmarked within 14 days of its delivery date. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. You can return pieces yourself or request a shipping label to be emailed. Return shipping will be deducted from the final return amount. Original shipping paid will not be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on bath products, sale items, and custom made items. 

To be eligible for a return on items purchased in person (ie; market, popup shop) you must contact us within 3 days of purchase. All buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Approved returns on any *made-to-order item(s) will be subjected to a 15 to 25% restocking fee. If items are returned as sent, this fee may be waived at our discretion.

For items purchased in store, please contact the store directly. 



For a full refund, item(s) must be securely packed and returned unused, and in it's original condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All items must be returned in our possession within 14 days from the original purchase date. After 14 days, you are ineligible for any refund, exchange or credit.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, which includes any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returned items not in its original condition or in its original packaging may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

For items you receive defected or damaged in transit, please email us immediately with photos of the damages at Upon approval, please ship item(s) back to us postmarked within 7 days of its delivery date. Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email on whether we can provide a replacement or issue a refund.

If your request for a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit for the cost of the item, less the original shipping charge will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund in 30 days, please contact us at


All Sale and Custom items are final and cannot be returned.


We can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Your order MUST be in original resale condition. Please contact us to process an exchange. 


Please ship items back to us securely in its original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned item is damaged because of improper packaging, your return will not be processed.



Please note that orders cannot be cancelled.
