WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Upon approval, items must be returned in our possession within 14 days from the original purchase date. A restocking fee may apply. Please read our Refund and Return Policy Terms Here. 

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Your order MUST be in original resale condition.

CAN YOU REPAIR MY JEWELRY?

We charge a repair fee ranging from $10 - $20 for all jewelry pieces. (All fees include shipping costs.) Pricing is determined by type of repair, materials, stone/crystal, availability, etc. Please contact us so that we can assess your needs and what we are able to do for you. All repairs will be processed in a timeframe of 15-20 business days. Excludes all non-jewelry items. 

 

WHY DON'T MY STONES / SHELLS MATCH THE PHOTO?

We use AAA quality gemstones and crystals. All stones and shells are natural and no two are the same. We handpick each piece and match them as precisely as possible. 

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLD FILL AND GOLD PLATED?
